North Luxury These terms apply to every offer made by North Luxury and to every distance contract concluded between North Luxury and the consumer.<\/p>\n A contract is formed the moment you receive an order confirmation by email. North Luxury reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information.<\/p>\n All prices on our website include VAT. North Luxury reserves the right to change prices. For orders already placed, the price at the time of ordering applies.<\/p>\n Payment must be made using one of the available payment methods. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.<\/p>\n North Luxury aims to deliver orders within the stated delivery time. In case of delay, you will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n For orders from \u20ac1,950, delivery within the Netherlands is free. For orders under \u20ac1,950, delivery costs are 5% of the purchase amount. Deliveries to the Wadden Islands and abroad are only possible on request; different transport costs apply.<\/p>\n If a delivery cannot take place because no one is present at the agreed time, a new delivery appointment will be arranged. Additional transport costs may be charged in this case.<\/p>\n You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. North Luxury applies a longer period and gives you 30 days<\/strong> after receipt to return the product. You must notify us of this via info@north-luxury.com<\/a>. After registering, you have 7 days to send the product back to us.<\/p>\n The cost of return shipping is borne by the consumer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. The product remains the sender's responsibility during return shipment until it has been received by us.<\/p>\n The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, such as custom-made cushions and protective covers.<\/p>\n North Luxury offers a 2-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Damage caused by improper use or insufficient maintenance is not covered by the warranty, nor is normal wear and discolouration caused by weather exposure. This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.<\/p>\n
