That's why we offer a warranty on all our products, so you can enjoy your outdoor space worry-free.<\/p>\n<p>We fully stand behind the quality of our furniture. Should anything unexpectedly be wrong, we will look for a suitable solution \u2014 even if this falls outside the standard warranty period. As owner and furniture maker, I personally make sure any damage or defects are repaired skilfully and neatly.<\/p>\n<h3>Standard Warranty<\/h3>\n<p>All our furniture comes with a warranty period of <strong>2<\/strong><strong>\u00a0years<\/strong>. This covers manufacturing defects such as issues with construction, joints or material defects under normal use. In addition, you always have the right to the statutory warranty.<\/p>\n<h3>What's not covered by the warranty?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal wear resulting from use, or discolouration caused by weather exposure<\/li>\n<li>Natural differences in colour, grain and texture, or movement in\/of teak wood<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by improper use or insufficient maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Damage resulting from self-made modifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Teak Maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>Teak is naturally very durable and weather-resistant. To keep your furniture looking and lasting its best, we recommend maintaining the wood periodically with a suitable cleaning or protection product. On our <a href=\"\/en\/onderhoud\/\">maintenance page<\/a> you can read step by step how to go about it.<\/p>\n<h3>Submitting a Warranty Claim<\/h3>\n<p>Do you have a complaint or warranty claim? Please include your order number and, if possible, send photos of the issue.
