When is my payment processed?
Payment is processed as soon as it's confirmed by the chosen payment method. After a successful payment, you'll receive an order confirmation and we'll get started on your order.
How does a Klarna refund work for a return?
Returning an order paid with Klarna? Once we've received and checked the return, we'll process the update with Klarna. If you haven't paid the invoice yet, the outstanding amount will be adjusted. If the invoice has already been paid, Klarna will refund the relevant amount according to Klarna's terms.
